Kaitlyn&Steven

Sunday, the twenty-third of May Two thousand twenty-seven
We're getting married

Almost three years after the perfect first date, we're making this thing official.

We met in an unassuming Millcreek bookstore, got lost in conversation, and never looked back. Now we'd like to stand under the pines at Louland Falls with the people who got us here.

Come early, stay late, wear shoes you can dance in. There's a waterfall.

The shape of the day

Late spring in the canyon

Everything happens at Louland Falls — ceremony under the trees, dinner and dancing in the pavilion twenty steps away. Outdoors throughout. It's roughly 60°F at sundown; bring a layer.

  1. 5:30 Guests arrive Mingle and be happy. Parking is on site, a shuttle will whip you up if needed.
  2. 6:00 Ceremony Under the altar overlooking the canyon. Thirty(ish?) minutes, we (sort of?) promise. Free drinks will follow so just stick with us 😉.
  3. 7:00 Dinner Seated, in the pavilion. Dinner might be a buffet, otherwise you'll pick a main dish when you RSVP.
  4. 8:00 Dancing Until eleven. Cake somewhere in the middle.
Travel & where to stay

Fly into SLC — it's ten minutes from downtown.

We're holding rooms at two hotels nearby (quantity is limited). The venue is a twenty minute drive up the canyon from either; rent a car or plan to carpool.

Questions

The things everyone asks

Can I bring my kids?
While we do love your kids, this will be a kid-free evening excluding babes in arms and immediate family.
Is it all outside?
Yes. The pavilion is covered and paved, but everywhere else the ground is grass and gravel. Rain plan is the same pavilion.
Can I bring a date?
If your invitation includes a plus-one, the RSVP form will say so when you enter your code.
